My Approach to Therapy
I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and I serve as your guide through deep attunement and presence. Because every client is unique, I reject one-size-fits-all treatments. Background and Clinical Experience
For more than 30 years, I have helped clients move through complex challenges and build stronger relationships—with others and with themselves. I have worked across a broad spectrum of professional and clinical settings since 1994, holding both direct practice and clinical management positions. My extensive background includes experience in:

  • Inpatient Treatment Facilities & Intensive Outpatient Programs
  • Hospice Organizations specializing in grief, loss, and bereavement work
  • Corporate Settings understanding the distinct pressures faced by leaders and executives

Outside of clinical practice, I have a long-standing history of volunteering for and supporting local non-profit organizations, rooted in my core belief that relationships matter.
